Crystal Clash: six tips for your first match
The Crystal Clash is short and small: six against six, twenty minutes, one crystal. A few things decide most matches.
Sign up early. Each side holds six players, and once your side is full, latecomers are turned away.
The crystal never heals. Damage done early still counts later, so a few minutes on it while the other side regroups can end the match on the spot. Whoever strikes the last blow wins it for their nation, so keep someone ready when it is low.
Hold the ring. The crystal stands inside a ruined ring with four ways in. The side that holds the ways in holds the crystal, and the side that only chases kills loses the clock.
Your camp is safe ground. Nobody can strike you inside your own camp, and its fire towers burn any enemy who comes close. Fall back to heal, then push again together: you are one party, so stay near each other.
Fight to earn. Only players who strike an enemy or the crystal take a coffer home, so waiting in camp earns nothing.
Think before you leave. The first early exit of the day is free, the second keeps you out of the Clash for 24 hours.
